摘要 建筑产业互联网是智能建造与建筑工业化转型的主要任务之一,为建筑业高质量发展带来了新的支撑,其全要素、全过程、全产业链连通的特征与多学科、多系统交叉的复杂结构对构建统一的体系架构提出了更高的要求。基于已有研究梳理了建筑产业互联网概念,总结了各类工业互联网参考架构的优点,构建了以建造技术和信息技术为支撑,实施、能力、平台三维度结合,新型服务为导向的建筑产业互联网体系架构,用于指导技术创新,推动企业探索,为建筑产业互联网的发展建设提供理论支撑。 Developing construction industry Internet is one of the primary tasks of implementing intelligent construction and construction industrialization,which brings new support for the high-quality development of the construction industry.Supporting the demand for all factors,all processes,and whole industry chain connections,as well as the complex structure of multi-discipline and multi-system intersection put forward higher requirements for establishing a unified system architecture.On the basis of the existing research,this paper summarizes the concept of the construction industry Internet,elaborates the advantages of various industrial Internet architectures,and establishes a new type service-oriented construction industry Internet system architecture supported by construction and information technologies,which can integrate implementation,capability,and platform,and may be applied to guide technological innovation,promote enterprise exploration,and provide theoretical support for the development of construction industry Internet.
