摘要
为探究胶粉微波活化时间对橡胶沥青微观分子量分布以及性能的影响,文章以经过不同微波活化时间处理后的胶粉所制得的橡胶改性沥青为研究对象,通过橡胶沥青过滤试验、凝胶色谱试验(GPC)以及动态剪切流变试验(DSR)测定橡胶沥青的大小分子量分布、复数剪切模量以及黏度,并基于此构建橡胶沥青微观分子量变化与宏观黏度指标、复数剪切模量以及橡胶沥青中的交互作用指标(IE)与填充作用指标(PE)的关联度方程。结果表明:微波活化时间对橡胶沥青的分子量排布及性能有显著影响;橡胶沥青中胶粉的填充作用(PE)对沥青性能的影响起主导作用;橡胶沥青中的大分子量(LMS)可较为准确地表征沥青的性能。
The rubber modified asphalt made from rubber powder treated with different microwave activation times.It was chosen as the research object in this paper to investigate the effects of the microwave activation time of the rubber powder on the micro molecular weight distribution and properties of rubber asphalt.By using the rubber asphalt filtration test,the gel chromatography test(GPC),and the dynamic shear rheology test(DSR),the big and small molecular weight distribution,the complex shear modulus,and the viscosity of rubber asphalt were all assessed.Based on this,the correlation equation between the micro molecular weight change of rubber asphalt and the macro viscosity index,complex shear modulus,interaction index(IE)and filling index(PE)in rubber asphalt was constructed.The results show that the microwave activation time has a significant effect on the molecular weight distribution and properties of rubber asphalt.The filling effect of rubber powder(PE)in rubber asphalt plays a leading role in affecting asphalt performance.Large molecular weight(LMS)in rubber asphalt can accurately characterize the performance of asphalt.
