摘要
在过去的几十年里,体外受精和胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)治疗在世界各地的不孕夫妇群体中得到了广泛的应用。随着IVF-ET技术的不断进步和发展,特别是在更有效的胚胎选择和冷冻保存手段方面,患者可以获得更多的优质胚胎,成功率由最初的不到10%,发展到现在已经超过50%。然而,每个周期的妊娠率仍保持在40%左右,这更强调了迫切需要新的有效治疗来防止再次妊娠失败。IVF-ET技术能否成功主要取决于高质量的胚胎以及良好的子宫内膜容受性等多种因素。目前,如何改善薄型子宫内膜容受性已成为提高IVF-ET成功率的一项重要难题。文章综述了宫腔灌注在改善薄型子宫内膜容受性中的应用价值。
In the past decades,in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)treatment has been widely used in infertile couples around the world.With the continuous progress and development of IVF-ET technology,especially in terms of more effective embryo selection and cryopreservation methods,patients can obtain more high-quality embryos,and the success rate has developed from less than 10%at the beginning to more than 50%now.However,the pregnancy rate per cycle remains around 40%,which underlines the urgent need for new and effective treatments to prevent repeat failures.The success of IVF-ET depends on many factors,such as high-quality embryos and good endometrial receptivity.At present,how to improve the receptivity of thin endometrium has become an important problem to improve the success rate of IVF-ET.This review summarizes the application value of intrauterine perfusion in improving the endometrial receptivity of thin endometrium.
