加气混凝土蒸压养护制度对其产物及其性能的影响

Influences of Autoclaved Curing System of Aerated Concrete on Its Products and Performance

加气混凝土具有轻质、高强、保温性良好的特点,越来越广泛应用于工程中,尤其是房建工程,然而,在使用过程中,常常会出现开裂、甚至渗漏等问题,究其原因为加气混凝土养护条件不够完善。试验在不同的蒸养制度下,研究蒸养条件对加气混凝土强度及水化产物的影响变化,制定出符合加气混凝土养护制度,为加气混凝土在工程上的应用提供理论依据。

With advantages such as lightweight,high strength,and good insulation,aerated concrete has been widely used in engineering,especially in housing construction.However,cracking and even leakage often occur when using aerated concrete,and the reason is that the curing condition of aerated concrete is not complete.This paper studied the influences of different autoclaved curing conditions on the strength and hydration products of aerated concrete,and developed a curing system suitable for aerated concrete,providing a theoretical basis for its engineering application.
