摘要 随着可再生能源的快速发展,新型电力系统需要一个高效的监控系统来确保其可靠运行。本文利用PLC和MCGS平台设计开发了一套监控系统。本系统可以融合各类能源的数据,实时监测光伏电站、风力电站和储能电站的状态信息,以便提升电力系统的维护和运营水平;本系统还可以实时控制各电站和负荷的投入和切出,以保持电力系统的平衡及资源的最大化利用。本文基于“持续供电、电价最低、削峰填谷”原则,设计了能源管理策略,通过合理调配各个电站的发电量,在保证供电的同时,尽可能降低电力系统的运行成本,促进新能源和储能的就地消纳,可以有效提高电力系统的运行效率,还能够有效应对电网负荷波动的挑战。 With the rapid development of renewable energy,new power systems require an efficient monitoring system to ensure their reliable operation.Based on this,this article designs and develops a monitoring system using PLC and MCGS platforms.This system can integrate data from various energy sources,monitor the status information of photovoltaic power plants,wind power plants,and energy storage power plants in real-time,in order to improve the maintenance and operation level of the power system;This system can also control the input and output of various power stations and loads in real-time to maintain the balance of the power system and maximize the utilization of resources.This article is based on the principles of"continuous power supply,lowest electricity price,and peak shaving and valley flling",and designs an energy management strategy.By reasonably allocating the power generation of each power station,while ensuring power supply,the operating costs of the power system are minimized as much as possible,promoting the local consumption of new energy and energy storage.This can effectively improve the operational efficiency of the power system and respond to the challenges of grid load fluctuations.
