摘要
阐述一种基于倍流整流电路的隔离三端口DC-DC变换器设计,该变换器将车载充电器(OBC)和电动汽车低压DC-DC变换器(LDC)通过三绕组变压器集成在一起,有效提高了功率密度。变换器低压端为倍流整流电路,变压器绕组不需要中心抽头,绕组电流仅为输出电流的一半。变换器具有三种工作模式,包括正向充电模式、反向充电模式和行驶模式。完成3.3kW样机的仿真和实验验证。
This paper describes the design of an isolated three-port DC-DC converter with current doubler.To improve power density,the proposed converter integrates the on-borad charger(OBC)and the low-voltage DC-DC converter(LDC)on EVs based on a three-winding transformer.The proposed topology adopts a current doubler in the low-voltage port,which has simpler winding structure without center tap and the winding current is only half of the output current.Three operating modes are introduced,namely the charging mode(CM),the reverse mode(RM)and the driving mode(DM).The proposed converter is verified by the 3.3kW simulations and experimental results.
