摘要
阐述一套可应用于车载平台的机电式四点自动调平控制系统设计,探讨系统组成、调平方法、硬件设计和软件的设计。该系统以TMS320F2812 DSP芯片为控制器核心,采用高精度倾角传感器实现平台角度反馈,实现车载平台的自动升降功能、调平支腿自动解锁和锁定功能、调平支腿自动落地检测功能,调平支腿过载和过行程保护、倾斜角度监控、自动调平、撤收。
This paper describes the design of an electromechanical four point automatic leveling control system that can be applied to vehicle platforms,and explores the system composition,leveling methods,hardware design,and software design.The system is based on the TMS320F2812 DSP chip as the controller core,and uses high-precision tilt angle sensors to achieve platform angle feedback.It realizes the automatic lifting function of the vehicle platform,automatic unlocking and locking function of the leveling leg,automatic landing detection function of the leveling leg,overload and over travel protection of the leveling leg,tilt angle monitoring,automatic leveling and retraction.
