锂离子电池自燃事故风险监测预警分析

Analysis of Risk Monitoring and Warning for Spontaneous Combustion Accidents in Lithium-ion Batteries

摘要 阐述锂离子电池自燃事故的风险因素,提出锂离子电池自燃事故风险监测预警的设计方案,包括监测预警模型的构建、硬件设计和软件设计,通过实时监测电池状态,对异常数据进行融合分析,实现对锂离子电池自燃事故的预警和预防。 This paper expounds the risk factors of lithium-ion battery spontaneous combustion accidents and proposes a design scheme for monitoring and early warning of lithium-ion battery spontaneous combustion accidents,including the construction of monitoring and early warning models,hardware design,and software design.By real-time monitoring of battery status and fusing and analyzing abnormal data,it achieves early warning and prevention of lithium-ion battery spontaneous combustion accidents.
