低碳视角下生活型街道慢行空间布局的改造提升 被引量:1

摘要 随着低碳理念在国内外重要性的与日俱增,碳达峰、碳中和成为了我国全面绿色转型的战略方向,成为我国生态文明建设和高质量发展的核心议题与愿景,引领并推动整个经济社会的绿色可持续发展。生活型街道慢行空间是城市居民日常活动的主要载体。然而当前对于低碳理念的响应大部分停留在宏观层面的上位政策、总体规划阶段与微观层面的详细施工阶段,缺乏中观层面,即低碳理念在详细规划尺度的应用。在从生活型街道慢行空间布局面临的现状问题出发,提出生活型街道慢行空间布局的改造提升策略,对降低碳排放,改善生活型街道慢行空间以及居民生活品质的提升具有非常重要的现实意义。不仅为其他生活型街道慢行空间品质提升提供了理论指导,也为我国生活型街道的建设和提升改造提供了更多可能性。 With the increasing importance of the concept of low carbon at home and abroad,carbon peaking as well as carbon neutralization have become a strategic direction for China’s comprehensive green transformation,and the core issue and vision for China’s construction of ecological civilization and high-quality development,promoting sustainable social and economic development.Slow-walking space in the lifestyle streets is the main carrier of daily activities for urban residents.However,most of the current responses to the low-carbon concept stay in the macro-level policy,the overall planning stage and the micro-level detailed construction stage,but lack the medium-level interpretation,that is,the application of low-carbon concept in the detailed planning scale.This paper starts from the current problems faced by the slow-walking space layout in lifestyle streets,and put forward the strategy to improve slow-walking space layout for lifestyle streets,which has great practical significance for reducing carbon emissions,upgrading the slow-walking space of lifestyle streets as well as residents’quality of life.It not only provides the theoretical guidance for the improvement of slow-walking space in other lifestyle streets,but also explores more possibilities for the construction and upgrading of Chinese lifestyle streets.
