摘要
基于2014-2021年长江经济带11省市面板数据,构建数字经济发展评价指标体系,运用熵权-TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序)法测算数字经济综合发展指数,再结合基准回归模型、空间计量模型及中介效应模型,探究数字经济对物流业能源效率的影响。结果发现:研究期内长江经济带及各区域的数字经济发展水平平均呈现出稳步上升的趋势,流域内数字经济发展水平均值呈现出下游>上游>中游的空间差异特征;长江经济带物流业能源效率存在正向的空间溢出效应,数字经济对当地物流业能源效率提升有显著的正向促进作用,但对周边地区物流业能源效率的促进作用尚不显著;区域异质性分析显示,数字经济对物流业能源效率的促进作用呈现下游-上游-中游逐渐递减的趋势;中介效应结果显示,数字经济能够通过技术创新、物流业产业结构合理化、物流业产业结构高级化渠道促进物流业能源效率的提升。基于上述结论,提出促进长江经济带数字经济发展和物流业能源效率提升的对策建议。
Based on the panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2014 to 2021,an evaluation index system for the development of the digital economy is constructed.The entropy weight TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)method is used to calculate the comprehensive development index of the digital economy.Then,a benchmark regression model,spatial econometric model,and intermediary effect model are combined to explore the impact of the digital economy on the energy efficiency of the logistics industry.The results showed that during the research period,the average level of digital economy development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and various regions showed a steady upward trend,and the average level of digital economy development in the basin showed a spatial difference characteristic of downstream>upstream>midstream.There is a positive spatial spillover effect on the energy efficiency of the logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The digital economy has a significant positive promoting effect on the improvement of energy efficiency in the local logistics industry,but the promoting effect on the energy efficiency of the logistics industry in the surrounding areas is not yet significant.The analysis of regional heterogeneity shows that the promoting effect of the digital economy on energy efficiency in the logistics industry is gradually decreasing from downstream to upstream to midstream.The intermediary effect results show that the digital economy can promote the improvement of energy efficiency in the logistics industry through technological innovation,rationalization of the logistics industry structure,and upgrading of the logistics industry structure.Based on the above conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the development of digital economy and the improvement of energy efficiency in the logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
