面向新型电力系统的多元协调规划模型构建方法

摘要 为获取相对可控的电力输出额,并确保电力系统的安全稳定高效运行,基于多元接入的发展趋势与电碳耦合的发展路径,结合系统需求预测、电力电量平衡和可再生能源配额等,提出一种多元协调规划模型的构建方法。模拟实验证明,建立的模型可以测算电碳成本,规划结果可以用于缓解电力资源和负载需求之间的不一致性问题,为后续增加清洁能源的安装比例、减少碳排、优化电力结构提供理论参考。 In order to obtain relatively controllable power output and ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of the power system,based on the development trend of multiple access and the development path of electric carbon coupling,a construction method of multiple coordinated planning model combining the system demand forecast,power quantity balance and renewable energy quota is proposed.The experiment proves that the model established can estimate the cost of electricity carbon,and the planning results can be used to alleviate the inconsistency between power resources and load demand,and provide theoretical reference for increasing the installation proportion of clean energy,reducing carbon emission,and optimizing the power structure.
