摘要 为了进一步加强海洋气象监测预警服务能力建设,文中设计了一种基于多种通信方式的海洋浮标站海洋气象灾害预警系统,系统由数据的采集、传输、处理、分析和发布5部分组成。数据的采集和传输部分主要负责收集和传输各类气象数据和信息,包括浮标和探测器实时数据、各类气象站点数据等,同时保障数据的质量和准确性,确保数据源可靠;数据的处理和分析部分主要负责对收集到的数据进行处理和分析,包括数据校正、整合、挖掘和模型建立等,形成各类气象灾害预测模型和预警指标,有效监测海洋气象灾害的发生并及时决策部署,为决策者和公众提供重要的参考和保障。 In order to further strengthen the capacity building of marine meteorological monitoring and early warning service,this paper designed a marine meteorological disaster early warning system for ocean buoy station based on multiple communication modes.The system consists of five parts:data collection,transmission,processing,analysis and release.The data collection and transmission part is mainly responsible for collecting and transmitting various meteorological data and information,including real time data of buoys and detectors,data of various meteorological stations,etc,ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data and ensuring the reliability of the data source.The data processing and analysis part is mainly responsible for processing and analyzing the collected data,including data correction,integration,mining and model establishment,forming various meteorological disaster prediction models and early warning indicators,effectively monitoring the occurrence of marine meteorological disasters and timely decision making,providing important reference and guarantee for decision makers and the public.
