双碳战略背景下绿色金融发展对区域产业结构调整的影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Green Finance Development on Regional Industrial Structure Adjustment Under the Background of Dual Carbon Strategy

文章通过对绿色金融概念与特征、经济可持续发展、金融资源配置职能等相关文献的阅读和理论分析,研究了绿色金融对经济可持续发展的直接影响机制和间接影响机制。直接影响机制主要是绿色金融的资金约束机制对经济可持续发展产生的影响,间接影响机制主要是绿色金融通过绿色发展理念、政府政策支持和科技创新等因素对经济可持续发展的影响。文章从理论上分析了区域绿色金融的发展对于区域产业结构升级提质增效的影响,使用了豪斯曼检验来判断使用固定效应模型还是随机效应模型,然后运用固定效应模型对我国31个省级行政区的数据进行了实证分析。

Firstly,the paper explores the direct effect mechanism and the indirect effect mechanism of green finance on sustainable economic development by theorectically analyzing some related literature,such as the concept and characteristic of green finance,sustainable economic development and allocation function of financial resources.The direct effect mechaniam means the impact of capital constraint mechaniam of green finance on sustainable economic development.The indirect effect mechanism means the impact of green finance on sustainable economic development by leveraging green development concept,policy support and scientific and technological innovation.
