摘要
城市信息模型已成为智慧城市数智化治理的重要数字基础设施,城市三维模型是城市信息模型的空间框架。文章针对城市三维精细模型生产成本高、难维护的问题,以南京为例,充分利用现有数据资源,根据智慧城市治理不同应用场景的需要,尝试将城市三维数字框架模型分为基础模型、精工模型、功能模型、管控模型和方案模型等5类,系统地构建了城市空间框架三维数字底板,分别阐述各类模型的数据治理、模型构建和成果应用,为城市信息模型建设探索路径,助推城市治理数智化转型和高质量发展。
City Information Modelling(CIM)has become an important digital infrastructure for digital and intelligent governance of the smart city.Three-dimensional(3D)city model is the spatial framework of City Information Modelling.Aiming at the problem of high production cost and difficult maintenance of 3D refined model of the city,and taking Nanjing as an example,this paper makes full use of the existing data resources and attempts to divide 3D city digital framework model into five categories including basic model,fine model,functional model,management model and scheme model according to requirements of different application scenarios of the smart city governance.The 3D digital base plate of the urban spatial framework is systematically constructed and the data governance,model building and application of the achievements of various models are respectively expounded,so as to explore the path for the construction of urban information model,and promote the digital intelligent transformation and high-quality development of urban governance.
