基于BIM技术的河南省绿色建筑发展现状及对策分析

Development Status and Countermeasures of Green Buildings in Henan Province Based on BIM Technology

为了提高智能建筑与绿色建筑的使用率,结合《河南省绿色建筑条例》的要求,对河南省绿色建筑发展现状分析进行了总结,提出了基于BIM技术的河南省绿色建筑发展对策,通过利用BIM技术促进绿色建筑建设方式的改变,减少资源利用率,建设人与自然和谐相处的社会,提升工程品质和质量,促进人与环境的协调发展。

In order to improve the utilization rate of intelligent buildings and green buildings,combined with the requirements of Regulations on Green Buildings in Henan Province,this paper summarizes the analysis of the development status of green buildings in Henan Province,and puts forward the development countermeasures of green buildings in Henan Province based on BIM technology.By using BIM technology,it can promote the change of green building construction mode,reduce the utilization rate of resources,build a harmonious society between man and nature,improve the quality of projects and promote the coordinated development of people and the environment.
