面对当下高密度城市区域社区的种种问题,文章试图探讨在未来建筑信息化和可能的先进建造技术下,以共享共建为理念的未来智慧社区的建设目标与模式。

In the face of various problems of high-density urban regional communities,this paper attempts to explore the construction goals and models of future smart communities based on the concept of sharing and co-construction under the future building informatization and possible advanced construction technology.
