摘要
装配式构件全寿命周期质量管理流程涉及众多节点企业,建立集成化、信息化的质量跟踪系统才能有效提升产业链协同效率和建造质量。从多方多目标协同管理的角度,提出了基于BIM和RFID技术的装配式构件质量动态跟踪系统方案,在分析质量管理需求的基础上设计了系统架构及主要模块,建立了系统信息流模型并进行了功能和界面设计,为企业提升装配式建筑质量管理水平提供参考。
The whole life cycle quality management process of assembled components involves many node enterprises.The establishment of an integrated and information-based quality tracking system can effectively improve the coordination efficiency and construction quality of the industrial chain.From the perspective of multi-party and multi-objective collaborative management,this paper proposes a dynamic tracking system scheme for the quality of prefabricated components based on BIM and RFID technology.Based on the analysis of quality management requirements,the system architecture and main modules are designed,the system information flow model is established,and the functions and interfaces are designed,so as to provide a reference for enterprises to improve the quality management level of prefabricated buildings.
