摘要
海绵城市是一种低影响开发理念,通过源头控制、分散式、小规模的雨水管理措施,使城市建设尽可能维持或恢复自然生态水文环境,控制因暴雨产生的地表径流和径流污染问题。文章研究了海绵城市理念在房屋建筑中的应用与发展,在明确海绵城市概念内涵的基础上,从建筑总平面设计、场地竖向设计、围护结构设计、交通系统设计、绿化景观设计等方面出发,分析了房屋建筑工程低影响开发设计要点,解决城市雨洪管理难题,实现土地资源和水资源的高效整合利用,降低工程建设对生态环境产生的不利影响。
Sponge city is a low impact development concept.Through source control,decentralized and small-scale rainwater management measures,urban construction can maintain or restore the natural ecological and hydrological environment as far as possible,and control the problems of surface runoff and runoff pollution caused by rainstorm.The paper studies the application and development of the concept of sponge city in housing construction.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the concept of sponge city,it analyzes the key points of low-impact development and design of housing construction engineering from the aspects of building general layout design,site vertical design,enclosure structure design,traffic system design,green landscape design,etc.,so as to solve the urban stormwater management problems,realize the efficient integration of land resources and water resources,and reduce the adverse impact of engineering construction on the ecological environment.
