摘要
人口数量的不断增长,使得对于建筑的需求量有了一定提升。以校园建筑为例,为将建筑效率与质量进一步提高以满足对校园建筑的实际需求,采取装配式施工方案极为关键。作为保证建模精准性与装配效果的核心技术,BIM技术可通过反复的施工模拟制定最优的施工方案,进而实现进度与质量的精准控制目标。文章简述了BIM技术与装配式建筑的概念,基于对BIM技术应用优势的分析,提出了几点现阶段存在于装配式建筑施工阶段的BIM技术应用问题,并阐述了装配式校园建筑施工阶段的BIM技术应用要点。
The increasing population has increased the demand for buildings to a certain extent.Taking campus building as an example,in order to further improve the building efficiency and quality to meet the actual needs of campus buildings,it is extremely crucial to adopt the prefabricated construction scheme.As the core technology to ensure the accuracy of modeling and assembly effect,BIM technology can formulate the optimal construction plan through repeated construction simulation,so as to achieve the precise control goal of progress and quality.This paper briefly describes the concept of BIM technology and prefabricated construction,based on the analysis of the application advantages of BIM technology,puts forward several BIM technology application problems existing in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings at the present stage,and expounds the application points of BIM technology in the construction stage of prefabricated campus buildings.
