Design and Implementation of Urban Comprehensive Risk Monitoring and Early Warning System

城市综合风险监测预警系统围绕城市安全的大概念,接入城市全域安全风险感知数据,打通各行业间的数据壁垒,充分运用大数据、人工智能等信息化手段,实现城市综合风险监测预警,构建城市风险的闭环机制,促进城市安全管理的系统化、智能化。文章从城市综合风险监测预警系统的需求分析入手,着重介绍系统的总体架构、关键技术的实现方法以及系统的主要功能。

Urban comprehensive risk monitoring and early warning system revolves around the big concept of urban security,access to the city-wide security risk perception data,break through the data barriers between industries,make full use of big data,artificial intelligence and other information means,achieve urban comprehensive risk monitoring and early warning,build a closed-loop mechanism of urban risk,and promote the systematic and intelligent urban security management.Starting from the demand analysis of urban comprehensive risk monitoring and early warning system,this paper focuses on the overall structure of the system,the implementation methods of key technologies and the main functions of the system.
