刘桂兰教授运用脐针治疗妇科疾病临床经验举隅

Professor Liu Guilan′s Clinical Application in Treating Gynecological Diseases with Navel Needling Therapy

脐针疗法是由齐永教授创立,主要采用易经八卦理论为核心,以分方归类、取象比类等易经思维,结合证候虚实,辨证论治确定针刺方案,在脐部实施针术,从而达到平衡阴阳、祛除疾病的目的。本文简述脐针的学术渊源及理论指导,通过验案三则阐述刘桂兰教授采用脐针治疗妇科疾病的针灸方法及临床诊疗思路,为临床妇科疾病的治疗提供新思路。

Navel needling therapy was founded by Professor Qi Yong,mainly using the theory of the Eight Trigrams in the Book of Changes as the core.It uses the thinking of dividing formulas and comparing symptoms and types in the Book of Changes,and determines the acupuncture plan based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.Acupuncture is performed on the navel to achieve the goal of balancing yin and yang and eliminating diseases.This paper briefly describes the academic origin and theoretical guidance of umbilical acupuncture,and expounds Professor Liu Guilan′s acupuncture and moxibustion method and clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of using umbilical acupuncture to treat gynecological diseases through three proven cases,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of gynecological diseases.
