灌河商城县段现状及治理必要性分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and the Necessity of Governance of Guanhe River in Shangcheng County

灌河是商城县城区的生态屏障。文章从灌河所在流域位置、承担的功能、在城市中的地位等方面来论述灌河生态治理的必要性。商城县灌河治理工程建设十分必要,工程建设条件有利,工程治理技术上可行、经济上合理,不存在制约工程实施的不利环境影响,建议尽早立项实施。

Guanhe River is the ecological barrier of Shangcheng County city.This paper discusses the necessity of ecological management of Guanhe River from its location,function and position in city.The construction of the Guanhe River Regulation project in Shangcheng County is very necessary.The construction conditions of the project are favorable.The project is technically feasible and economically reasonable.There are no adverse environmental impacts that would restrict the implementation of the project.It is suggested that the project be implemented as soon as possible.
