为了有效应对超标准洪水风险,文章以张家口市洋河超标洪水防御为例,综合分析了该地区的工程概况、暴雨洪水特性、水文站点分布以及洪涝灾害特征。此外,通过对防洪工程体系的深入介绍和洪水防御方案的详细规划,提出了针对不同洪水量级采取的防洪措施,以期为类似地区的洪水防御工作提供借鉴和参考。

In order to effectively deal with the risk of excessive flood,this paper takes the prevention of excessive flood of Yanghe River in Zhangjiakou City as an example,and comprehensively analyzes the project overview,rainstorm flood characteristics,hydrological station distribution and flood disaster characteristics in this area.In addition,through an in-depth introduction to the flood control engineering system and detailed planning of flood prevention plans,flood prevention measures for different flood magnitudes have been proposed,in order to provide reference and reference for flood prevention work in similar areas.
