Small Hydropower Green Transformation and Modernization Promotion Strategy

目前很多小水电站设计标准较低、老化较为严重、水能利用率不足等问题突出,不符合当前社会经济高质量发展要求,亟待进行绿色改造和现代化提升。基于此,首先对国内小水电发展现状进行分析,然后从四个方面分析了小水电发展中存在的问题,最后重点探讨了小水电绿色改造和现代化提升策略。

At present,many small hydropower stations have problems such as low design standards,serious aging,and insufficient utilization rate of water energy,which do not meet the requirements of high-quality development of the current social economy.It is urgent to carry out green transformation and modernization promotion.Based on this,first of all,the current situation of domestic small hydropower development is analyzed,and then the existing problems in the development of small hydropower are analyzed from four aspects.Finally,the strategy of green transformation and modernization of small hydropower is discussed.
