沙口活水泵站工程拉森三钢板支护施工工艺

摘要 拉森钢板桩强度高、刚性强、抗渗性好,可轻易穿透黏土、砾石以及卵石层,并且与软土、碎石土、砂砾土等覆盖层较厚的河床均能适用,因此常被应用于水利工程中的基坑支护施工。结合沙口活水泵站工程施工现场实际情况,为确保泵室两侧原有挡土墙稳定安全,在拆除现有泵室位置混凝土护底后,根据工程要求,此工程基坑支护采用9 m拉森三钢板桩对两侧挡土墙压脚基础永久支护,文章对拉森钢板桩在该项目基坑支护中的应用进行了深入分析,为同类施工提供参考。 Larsen steel sheet pile has high strength,strong rigidity and good impermeability.It can easily penetrate the clay,gravel and pebble layer,and can be applied to the riverbed with thick covering layer such as soft soil,gravel soil and sandy gravel soil.Therefore,it is often used in the foundation pit support construction in water conservancy projects.In combination with the actual situation of the construction site of the shakou living water pump station project,in order to ensure the stability and safety of the original retaining walls on both sides of the pump room,after the removal of the concrete bottom protection at the location of the existing pump room,according to the project requirements,the foundation pit support of the project uses 9m Larsen three steel sheet pile to permanently support the pressure feet foundation of the retaining wall on both sides.The article makes an in-depth analysis of the application of Larsen steel sheet pile in the foundation pit support of the project,so as to provide a reference for similar construction.
