摘要
千岛湖配水工程高岭坞事故检修闸的竖井与输水隧洞垂直交叉,工作面相互影响,施工难度大、危险系数高。文章介绍的反井钻机导井开挖方法借助导井排渣,工人只需在地面上操控反进钻机成井,再进行钻爆扩挖,从根本上解决了反井施工的安全问题,缩短了工期,施工效益也大大提高,可供类似工程参考。
The vertical shaft of the high-ridge dam accident repair gate of the Qiandaohu water distribution project intersects with the water diversion tunnel,and the working face affects each other.The construction difficulty is great and the risk coefficient is high.The article introduces a reverse well drilling method using a guide well drilling machine to excavate,which utilizes the guide well to discharge debris.The workers only need to control the reverse drilling rig on the ground,and then carry out drilling,blasting,and excavation,which fundamentally solves the safety problem of the reverse well construction,shortens the construction period,and greatly improves the construction efficiency,which can be used for reference for similar projects.
