板桥水库混凝土溢流坝渗漏监测成果分析

摘要 板桥水库位于淮河支流汝河上游,大坝由黏土心墙沙壳土坝和混凝土溢流坝组成。水库蓄水后,溢流坝出现严重渗漏,虽经多次处理,隐患仍未消除,给大坝的安全运行造成不利影响。经对渗漏状况调查及原因分析,混凝土横缝止水周边混凝土振捣不密实,施工缝处理欠佳是形成大坝渗漏的主要原因,渗漏以坝体及基岩浅层网状裂隙性渗漏为主,渗漏点广且不集中。据此,对溢流坝进行了防渗面板及渗漏通道化学灌浆处理,防渗性能均有明显改善,取得了预期效果。 The Banqiao Reservoir is located in the upper reaches of the Ruhe River,a tributary of the Huai River.The dam is composed of clay core wall sand shell earth dam and concrete overflow dam.After the reservoir is impounded,the overflow dam has serious leakage.Although it has been treated for many times,the hidden danger has not been eliminated,which adversely affected the safe operation of the dam.After the investigation of the leakage situation and the analysis of the causes,it is found that the concrete vibration around the concrete transverse joint is not compact and the poor treatment of the construction joint are the main reasons for the formation of dam leakage.The leakage is mainly caused by network fracture leakage in shallow layer of the dam body and bedrock,and the leakage points are wide and not concentrated.Based on this,the overflow dam is treated with anti-seepage panels and chemical grouting of leakage channels,and the anti-seepage performance has been significantly improved,and the expected effect has been obtained.
