小浪底水库浮游动植物特征与富营养化评价

Characteristics of Planktonic Flora and Fauna and Eutrophication Evaluation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir

摘要 2022年9月、11月对小浪底水库3个采样点的浮游动植物和水体理化指标进行了调查监测。结果表明:共监测到浮游植物19种,隶属于7门14属,其中硅藻门7种,占总种数的36.80%;蓝藻门4种,占比21%;绿藻门4种,占比21%;裸藻门、隐藻门、甲藻门、金藻门各1种,分别占比5.30%。共监测到浮游动物9种,隶属于3门8属,其中原生动物门3种,占总种数33.30%;袋形动物门2种,占比22.20%;节肢动物门4种,占比44.40%。采用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Margalef丰富度指数评价可知,小浪底水库水生生物综合状况为Ⅲ级。水体富营养指数法评价结果说明小浪底水库处于轻度富营养化阶段。 In September and November 2022,the phytoplankton and physicochemical indexes of 3 sampling sites in Xiaolangdi Reservoir were investigated and monitored.The results showed that a total of 19 species of phytoplankton were detected,which belonged to 7 phylums and 14 genera,were monitored.Among them,7 species were Diatoms,accounting for 36.8% of the total number of species.There were 4 species of Cyanobacteria,accounting for 21.00%.There were 4 species of Green Algae,accounting for 21.00%.Gymnophyta,Cryptophyta,Dinoflagellata,and Chrysophyta had 1 species each,accounting for 5.30%,respectively.A total of 9 species of zooplankton were monitored,belonging to 3 phyla and 8 genera,including 3 species of Protozoa,accounting for 33.30% of the total number of species.There were 2 species of Pangaea,accounting for 22.20%.There were 4 species of Arthropoda,accounting for 44.40%.According to Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef richness index,it showed that the comprehensive status of aquatic organisms in Xiaolangdi Reservoir was Class III.The evaluation results of water body eutrophic index method indicated that Xiaolangdi Reservoir was in the stage of mild eutrophication.
