智能教育背景下高校教师信息化教学能力指数研究——以H省为例 被引量:1

摘要 在人工智能技术的迭代升级和国家教育政策的双重影响下,智能技术与高等教育的融合越发紧密,提升教师信息化教学能力愈发重要。以H省高校教师为研究对象,利用综合指数法对智能教育环境下教师信息化教学能力指数进行测算,并从高校所在地域和高校类别两个维度对教师信息化能力进行横向比较,结果显示:在各能力维度上,H省教师的“实践与创新”能力指数最低;在地域上,城市经济越发达各能力维度指数越高;在类别上,高校层次越高,教师的“认知与态度”指数越低。基于研究结果,提出高校教师信息化教学能力均衡发展的参考性建议,旨在促进H省高校教师信息化教学能力的整体提升。 With the iterative upgrading of artificial intelligence technology and the dual impact of national education policies,the integration of intelligent technology and higher education is becoming more and more compact,and the improvement of teachers'information-based teaching ability is a necessary prerequisite for technology to really play a role.The research group took the college teachers in H province as the research object,the comprehensive index method was applied to measure the index of teachers'informatization teaching ability under the intelligent education environment,and a horizontal comparison of the teachers'informatization ability was conducted from the two dimensions of the university location and the type of university.The results show that:in each ability dimension,the"practice and innovation"ability index of the teachers in H province is the lowest;regionally,the more developed the city economy is,the higher the index of each ability dimension is.In terms of categories,the higher the level of colleges and universities is,the lower the"cognition and attitude"index of teachers is.Based on the research results,some reference suggestions were put forward by the research group for the balanced development of college teachers'information-based teaching ability,aiming at promoting the overall improvement of the province's college teachers'information-based teaching ability.
