TGF-β/BMP/Smad信号通路及其参与毛囊发育及周期调控的研究进展

摘要 毛囊形成、发育及其周期性增长、静止、再生循环取决于细胞间复杂的信号通路网络相互作用。TGF-β/BMP/Smad信号通路信号配体、受体、转录因子及其相应基因的遗传突变、基因差异表达将影响毛囊发育和毛囊周期。本文就TGF-β/BMP/Smad信号通路构成及其对哺乳动物毛囊发育及周期的调节机制进行简要综述。 The formation and development of hair follicles and their cyclic growth,resting and regeneration cycles depend on the complex interactions of signal pathway networks between cells.TGF-β/BMP/Smad signaling pathway signaling ligands,receptors,transcription factors and their corresponding genes genetic mutations,gene differential expression will affect hair follicle development and hair follicle cycle.In this paper,the composition of TGF-β/BMP/Smad signaling pathway and its regulatory mechanism on the development and cycle of mammalian hair follicles were reviewed.
