新时代高校网络意识形态安全治理的现实困囿与优化路径

The Realistic Constraints and Optimization Paths for the Governance of Network Ideological Security in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

加强网络意识形态阵地建设、完善网络意识形态安全治理体系、提升网络意识形态安全治理能力是高校意识形态工作的重要任务。当前,网络信息技术发展带来的新挑战、错误社会思潮对主流意识形态安全的威胁以及高校网络意识形态治理能力相对不足是高校网络意识形态安全治理面临的现实问题。为此,可从坚持党的全面领导的治理原则、营造开放包容的治理格局、创新优化治理机制、搭建高效亲和的治理平台等方面优化高校网络意识形态安全治理路径,进而不断巩固高校主流意识形态话语权。

Strengthening the construction of network ideological platforms,improving the governance system of network ideological security,and enhancing the governance capacity of network ideological security are important tasks for ideological work in colleges and universities.Currently,the new challenges brought by the development of network information technology,the threat of erroneous social trends to mainstream ideological security,and the relatively insuficient capacity of network ideological governance in colleges and universities are the practical problems faced by the governance of network ideological security in colleges and universities.To this end,we can optimize the path for the governance of ideological security in colleges and universities by adhering to the governance principle of the Party's comprehensive leadership,creating an open and inclusive governance pattern,innovating and optimizing governance mechanisms,and building an efficient and friendly governance platform,thereby continuously consolidating the mainstream ideological discourse power of colleges and universities.
