京津冀数字经济发展水平测度与空间格局研究

Measurement of the Development Level and Spatial Pattern of Digital Economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

京津冀数字经济发展已经成为推动区域经济高质量发展的关键引擎。通过熵值法构建了数字经济综合发展指数,利用核密度、全局和局部莫兰指数分析了京津冀数字经济的分布态势及空间特征,研究表明:京津冀数字经济发展水平均显著提升,京津双城明显高于河北省所有城市,邢台和衡水最为落后;京津冀数字经济呈非均衡发展,不同城市之间存在两极分化现象;京津冀数字经济空间特征呈多中心模式,形成了以北京为核心、天津为次核心,以石家庄、唐山、廊坊等为区域核心,其他城市为边缘的发展模式。因此,京津冀各地区要依据功能划分制定相应发展政策,充分发挥核心城市数字经济空间溢出效应,推动边缘城市协同发展。

The development of digital economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has become a key engine to promote the high-quality development of regional economy.This paper constructs the comprehensive development index of digital economy by entropy method,and analyzes the distribution situation and spatial characteristics of digital economy in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei by using kernel density,global and local Moran index.The research shows that the development level of digital economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has improved significantly,and Beijing and Tianjin are significantly higher than all cities in Hebei Province,and Xingtai,Hengshui are the most backward.The digital economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is developing unevenly,and there is polarization between different cities.The spatial characteristics of digital economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are polycentric,forming a development model with Beijing as the core,Tianjin as the sub-core,Shijiazhuang,Tangshan and Langfang as the regional core,and other cities as the periphery.Therefore,all regions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei should formulate corresponding development policies according to the functional division,giving full play to the spatial spillover effect of digital economy in core cities,promote the coordinated development of marginal cities.
