基于CiteSpace的高血压风险预测模型研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis on research of hypertension risk prediction model based on CiteSpace

目的:分析国内外高血压相关风险预测研究的现状,为开展更丰富、全面的科学研究及更好地进行疾病管理提供参考。方法:计算机检索近10年中国知网、Web of Science核心合集数据库中的高血压预测模型相关文献,借助CiteSpace 6.1.R6绘制图谱,包括发文趋势、关键词共现和聚类、突现词分析、时间线图。结果:共纳入578篇文献。国内外年发文量均呈增长趋势。研究热点集中在对老年、农村人口等不同特征高血压人群的诊断模型及预后模型。研究前沿集中在列线图、机器学习等高血压预测模型构建途径。结论:近10年国内外的研究热点在预测因子上存在差异。今后国内研究者可结合中医元素构建更多的高血压相关预测模型,进一步进行模型的联合、对比及优化。

Objective:To analyze the research status quo of hypertension risk prediction at home and abroad,and to provide reference for more abundant and comprehensive scientific research and better disease management.Methods:The literature related to hypertension prediction model in the core collection database of CNKI and Web of Science in recent 10 years was searched by computer,and the graph was drawn by CiteSpace 6.1.R6,including the trend of publication,keyword co-occurrence and clustering,outburst word analysis,and time graph.Results:A total of 578 articles were included.The number of annual publications at home and abroad showed an increasing trend.The research focus was on the diagnosis model and prognosis model of hypertension in elderly and rural population.The research frontier focused on the construction of hypertension prediction model such as nomogram and machine learning.Conclusions:In recent 10 years,there are differences in the predictive factors in the research hotspots at home and abroad.In the future,domestic researchers can build more hypertension related prediction models combined with traditional Chinese medicine elements,and further combine,compare and optimize the models.
