高职院校教师科研身份认同的困境与化解

摘要 高职院校教师科研身份认同困境来自其自身和社会。教师自我认同困境主要表现为职业倦怠严重、科研归属感缺失、专业认知模糊以及发展失衡;社会认同困境主要表现为高职教师缺乏科研话语权和高职教师科研身份边缘化。从自我认同层面,高职教师应当建立职业发展规划以明确自我定位,强化高职院校科研氛围;从社会认同层面,应当增强高职院校教师的科研话语权,改进高职院校的科研考核制度。 The dilemma of scientific research identity of teachers in higher vocational colleges comes from themselves and society.Teachers'self-identity dilemma mainly manifests as serious professional burnout,lack of sense of belonging in scientific research,blurred professional cognition,and imbalanced development.The social identity dilemma is mainly manifested in the lack of voice in scientific research by higher vocational teachers and the marginalization of higher vocational teachers'scientific research identity.From the perspective of self-identity,teachers in higher vocational colleges should establish career development plans to clarify their self-positioning and strengthen the scientific research atmosphere in higher vocational colleges;from the perspective of social identity,teachers in higher vocational colleges should strengthen their voices in scientific research and improve the evaluation system of scientific research in higher vocational colleges.
