摘要
掌握企业参与校企合作的资源配置逻辑和政策法律诉求是深化产教融合、校企合作的关键。企业视野中的校企合作是以人才培养和技术创新为目标,依据达成的合作契约,履行各自职责,配置相应资源,实现各自利益的经营活动。企业参与校企合作配置相应资源的逻辑是遵循市场供求规律,最大限度减少或规避参与人才培养和技术研发带来的投资风险,同时要求政府在产业扶持、税费减免、金融支持等方面提供政策法律上的切实保障。
Mastering the logic of resource allocation and policy and legal demands of enterprises participating in school-enterprise cooperation is the key to deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation.School-enterprise cooperation from the perspective of enterprises is a business activity aiming at talent cultivation and technological innovation,fulfilling their respective responsibilities,allocating corresponding resources and realizing their respective interests according to the cooperation contract.The logic of enterprises participating in school-enterprise cooperation and allocating corresponding resources is to follow the law of supply and demand in the market and minimize or avoid the investment risk brought by talent training and technology research and development.At the same time,the government is required to provide practical protection in terms of policies and laws in industrial support,tax exemption and financial support.
