掺渗透结晶水工混凝土抗压强度分析

摘要 文章利用对比试验,研究分析了不同渗透结晶掺量对水工混凝土抗压、劈拉强度以及拉压比的影响规律。结果表明:渗透结晶能够在不同程度上提升3d劈拉与抗压强度,并以掺2%渗透结晶组最优;渗透结晶会在一定程度上削弱7d强度,掺入适量渗透结晶能够在不同程度上提升28d劈拉及抗压强度,并以1%渗透结晶组最优;对于3d、7d和28d龄期拉压强度比,渗透结晶的最优掺量为3%、2%和0%,可以为水工混凝土内掺渗透结晶材料提供一定参考。 In this paper,the effects of different penetration crystal content on compressive strength,split tensile strength and tension ratio of hydraulic concrete are studied and analyzed by comparative test.The results show that osmotic crystallization can improve the 3d cleavage and compressive strength in different degrees,and the optimal one is 2% osmotic crystallization;infiltration crystallization can weaken the 7d strength to a certain extent,and the addition of appropriate amount of infiltration crystallization can improve the 28d cleavage and compressive strength in different degrees,and the 1% infiltration crystallization group is the best;for the tensile strength ratio of 3d,7d and 28d ages,the optimal content of osmotic crystal is 3%,2% and 0%,which can provide a certain reference for the blending of osmotic crystal materials in hydraulic concrete.
