昌邑市地下水压采综合治理措施初探

摘要 昌邑市位于胶东半岛西端,是一个水资源相对匮乏的县级市,属于中国北方严重缺水地区。从昌邑市长远的水资源利用历程来看,随着用水需求的不断增加,地下水资源被过度开采,导致出现了采补失衡和超采现象。这一情况带来了许多生态与环境问题,如持续降低的地下水位、恶化的水质以及海水侵入等。这些问题不仅威胁到供水安全、粮食安全和生态安全,也限制了经济社会的可持续发展。文章对昌邑市地下水压采综合治理措施进行分析,提出相关建议,为相关情况提供借鉴经验。 Changyi City,located at the west end of Jiaodong Peninsula,is a county-level city with relatively scarce water resources and belongs to the severe water shortage area in the north of China.From the perspective of Changyi City's long-term water resources utilization history,with the continuous increase of water demand,groundwater resources have been over-exploited,leading to the phenomenon of unbalanced production and overproduction.This situation has led to a number of ecological and environmental problems,such as the continuously decreasing water table,deteriorating water quality and seawater intrusion.These problems not only threaten water supply security,food security and ecological security,but also limit sustainable economic and social development.This paper analyzes the comprehensive treatment measures of underground water pressure mining in Changyi City,and puts forward relevant suggestions to provide reference experience for the relevant situation.
