基于云模型的城市自然灾害下应急物流能力评价

Research on Evaluation of Emergency Logistics Capacity Under Natural Disasters in Cities Based on Cloud Model

对城市应急物流能力的综合评价能够判断城市面对灾害事件的能力,一定程度上提供城市应急物流能力优化方向。选取自然灾害下应急物流能力评价指标,构建应急物流能力指标体系,采用组合赋权的方式确定指标权重,引入云模型实现评价语言量化,综合求解应急物流能力评价模型。通过实例,验证了云模型在应急物流评价研究中的可行性,给出城市应急物流优化的建议。

The comprehensive evaluation of the city’s emergency logistics capacity can provide the direction of optimization of the city’s emergency logistics capacity to a certain extent.The evaluation indexes of emergency logistics capacity under natural disasters are selected,its index system constructed.The index weights are determined by using the combination of weighting and introducing the cloud model to realize the quantification of evaluation language,thus constructing the evaluation model of emergency logistics capacity.Through the example,the feasibility of the cloud model in the evaluation of emergency logistics is verified,and suggestions for the optimization of urban emergency logistics are also given.
