SPOC赋能:工科院校英语课堂中国文化失语现象与对策探析

摘要 培养具有既了解中国文化,又具备全球视野、国际交往能力和全球就业能力的人才,是目前中国大学教育的主要目标。但在大学英语教学的过程中,发现英语学习者不能准确、流畅用目的语表达中国文化,不能顺利讲述中国故事的现象比较明显。文章旨在探究工科院校大学生在跨文化交际时中国文化失语现象的背后因素,并提出借助SPOC(small private online course)教学场域打破这种现象的对策。 Currently,the key goal of Chinese higher education is to cultivate talents who have not only a good understanding of Chi-nese culture but also hold a global horizon,international communication skills and global employability.However,it is found,in the process of college English teaching,that English learners cannot express Chinese culture accurately and fluently by using the target lan-guage and not even tell Chinese stories smoothly.This paper aims to explore factors behind the phenomenon of Chinese cultural aphasia in the cross-cultural communication of technology university students and to propose countermeasures by means of English teaching in SPOC(small private online course).
