区域英语学科研修共同体建设研究

Research on the Construction of Regional English Discipline Research Community

教育行业不断发展的背景下,英语教师授课面临的教学环境正不断发生变化,信息技术于英语课堂中的引入,不仅丰富了教学内容,还令教学对象逐渐变得复杂。教师若想有效开展专业学习或授课活动,务必将合作研修作为基础,以获得教学质量即教学效率的提升。实际观察发现,当下区域英语学科研修共同体发展过程中仍存在诸多障碍。基于此,文章首先讨论了其发展中存在的问题,随后对区域英语学科研修共同体建设的策略提供几点建议,以供相关教育工作者参考。

Under the background of the continuous development of the education industry,the teaching environment of English teach-ers is constantly changing.The introduction of information technology to English classroom not only enriches the teaching content,but also makes the teaching object gradually become complex.If teachers want to effectively carry out professional learning or teaching activities,they must take cooperative research and study as the basis to obtain the improvement of teaching quality,that is,teaching efficiency en-hancement.However,through practical observation,it can be found that there are still many obstacles in the development process of the current regional English subject training community.Based on this,this paper first discusses the problems in its development,and then provides some suggestions on the strategy of regional English discipline research community for the reference of relevant educators.
