摘要
企业数字化转型是制造业和经济升级的微观基础。随着数字技术革命的深入推进,数字化已成为驱动高质量发展的重要引擎,对推动体育用品制造业企业共创数字生态系统价值格局具有划时代的意义。以安踏集团为研究对象,通过“价值创造—价值共创”的理论分析框架,探讨数字化转型对体育用品制造业价值共创的影响及其作用机制。在数字技术和内外部因素的双驱下,体育用品制造业企业将遵循价值演进逻辑,通过互动和资源的双升级实现数字生态系统的构建与价值维度的升级,并跃升为体育用品制造业生态系统的引领者。建议企业厘清发展现状,强化数字技术在主体互动、资源整合等企业各类系统中的应用与联结,以实现数字技术驱动下的转型升级。
Digital transformation at the enterprise level serves as the micro-foundation for manufacturing and economic upgrading.With the deepening of the digital technology revolution,digitalization has become a vital engine driving high-quality development,holding epoch-making significance for facilitating the co-creation of digital ecosystem value among sporting goods manufacturing enterprises.Taking Anta Group as the research object,using the theoretical analysis framework of“value creation to value co-creation”,this study explores the impact of digital transformation on value co-creation of sporting goods manufacturing industry and its functioning mechanism.Driven by both digital technology and a mix of internal and external factors,sporting goods manufacturers will adhere to the logic of value evolution,and by enhancing interaction and resources,they aim to construct digital ecosystems and upgrade their value dimension,and leap to become the leader of sporting goods manufacturing ecosystems.It is recommended that enterprises assess their current development status quo and strengthen the application and connection of digital technology in all kinds of systems of enterprises,such as subject interaction and resource integration,in order to realize the transformation and upgrading driven by digital technology.
