摘要
将“心理契约”理论融入高校思想政治教育中,能够提升师生情感上的共鸣,增加心理上的互动,激发学生自主学习的热情。同时,心理契约的建构与高校思想政治教育过程内在契合,它们注重双向奔赴,不强调单向度灌输,整体动态地把握实践过程,补益工作中无法通达的心理和道德领域。建构与维护高校思想政治教育中的“心理契约”必须贴近学生思想实际与心理需求,构筑全面育人的校园文化;也需要教师以身作则,增长专业学识,培育道德素养;实际上,这个过程是尊重学生、维护学生根本利益的过程,特别是在面对契约失灵时,确保信息沟通,进行有效干预和引导,让学生选择正确成才道路。应当明确“心理契约”与“书面契约”“心理期望”“课程教育”“课程满意度”的边界,保证“心理契约”理论顺利融入思想政治教育中。
Integrating “psychological contract” theory into ideological and political education in colleges and universities can enhance the emotional resonance of teachers and students,increase psychological interaction,and stimulate students' enthusiasm for independent learning.At the same time,the construction of psychological contract is intrinsically consistent with the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.They pay attention to two-way travel,do not emphasize one-way indoctrination,grasp the practice process as a whole and dynamically,and supplement the psychological and moral fields that are inaccessible in the work.The construction and maintenance of the “psychological contract” in ideological and political education in colleges and universities must be close to the students' ideological reality and psychological needs,and the campus culture of comprehensive education must be constructed.Teachers also need to set an example,increase professional knowledge,cultivate moral quality;In fact,this process is a process of respecting students and safeguarding students' fundamental interests,especially in the face of contract failure,ensuring information communication,effective intervention and guidance,so that students can choose the right path to success.The boundary between “psychological contract”and “written contract”,“psychological expectation”,“curriculum education” and “curriculum satisfaction” should be clearly defined to ensure the smooth integration of “psychological contract”theory into ideological and political education.
