浅析660MW超超临界锅炉气气换热器技术研究

摘要 尿素热解已经成为(SCR)烟气脱硝还原剂制取的主要方案,在还原剂制取过程中存在着能耗高的问题,本文提出利用锅炉尾部烟道高温烟气加热热一次风,利用高温烟气热源作为尿素热解热源的技术方案,可以降低尿素热解方案的工艺能耗,达到节能、环保的目的。 Urea pyrolysis has become the main method of denitrification reductant,The problem of high energy consumption exists in the process of reducing agent preparation,This paper proposes to use high temperature flue gas in boiler tail flue to heat primary air,The technical scheme of using high-temperature flue gas heat source as urea pyrolysis heat source,Application of this technology demonstrates that energy consumption for urea pyrogenation has been reduced significantly,in favor of energy saving and environmental protection.
