本文首先阐述了不锈钢管内壁进行喷丸强化处理必要性,然后就公司引进开发了两条不锈钢管内壁喷丸强化处理生产线设备的工艺规范、质量要求、设备选型、设备组成、工作流程及控制和注意事项进行分析。

This paper describes the necessity of internal shot peening of stainless steel pipe first,and then analyzes the process specification,quality requirements,equipment selection,equipment compo-sition,work flow,control and precautions of the two stainless steel pipe internal shot peening pro-duction line equipment introduced and developed by the company.
