机器人技术在图书馆应用场景的分析与思考

Analysis and Reflection on the Application Scenarios of Robot Technology in Library

文章运用文献研读和网络调查的方法,调查分析机器人在国内外图书馆应用的情况,按照机器人的性能及其在图书馆的工作内容,把机器人在图书馆的工作场景分为“幕前”“幕后”“混合”三种,认为机器人技术在图书馆应用方面存在的主要障碍是资金短缺、人才短缺、数据隐私与安全问题、伦理问题,以及馆员与用户的教育问题,并指出图书馆应主要从做好战略规划、做好人才储备,加强专业合作、做好风险防范,以及做好馆员、用户教育四个方面加以应对。

The article employs literature review and online research method to investigate and analyze the application of robots in libraries both at home and abroad.Based on the performance of robots and their tasks in libraries,the work scenarios of robots in libraries are categorized into“frontstage,”“backstage,”and“hybrid.”It is believed that the main obstacles to the application of robot technology in libraries include insufficient funding,shortage of talent,issues related to data privacy and security,ethical concerns,and the education of librarians and users.The article suggests that libraries should primarily address these challenges through strategic planning,talent development and professional collaboration,risk prevention,as well as librarian and user education.
