摘要
生成式人工智能聊天机器人将会引起图书馆行业用户服务的重大变革。文章讨论了GPT技术下的聊天机器人以及国内外图书馆关于聊天机器人的应用历史及现状,通过对比传统聊天机器人解读生成式人工智能聊天机器人在图书馆行业中的应用优势、场景及机遇,并从生成式人工智能聊天机器人自身局限性、落地我国图书馆行业的阻碍、图书馆管理等三方面分析了它给我国图书馆行业带来的挑战。
Generative artificial intelligence chatbots are poised to bring about significant transformations in user service in the li-brary industry.The article discusses chatbots under GPT technology and the historical and current status of chatbots in libraries both at home and abroad.Building upon this foundation,the article contrasts traditional chatbots,elucidating the application advantages,scenarios,and opportunities of generative artificial intelligence chatbots in the library industry.Furthermore,it analyzes the challenges these chatbots pose to the library industry in China from three perspectives:the limitations of generative artificial intelligence chatbots themselves,obstacles to their implementation in Chinese libraries,and library management.
