人工智能技术背景下建筑机器人对工程造价影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 面对当前建筑行业中劳动力短缺、施工安全性差、劳动生产率增长缓慢等痛点,建筑机器人将在建筑行业中推广应用,辅助和替代“危、繁、脏、重”施工作业,以有效减轻人工劳动强度,提升生产施工效率,推动建筑业高质量发展。建筑机器人凭借其在建筑业中的高质量、高效率、高覆盖等优势,助力建筑业的全面转型升级,日渐成为建筑业未来发展的主要方向。然而部分建筑企业认为建筑机器人的投入与产出严重不对等,为使自身利益得到最大化,仍趋向于采用传统的建造与管理模式,对智能建造的探索积极性不高。文章通过资料收集及数据分析等方式,将采用建筑机器人的智能施工模式与传统施工模式下相同定额子目进行数据对比分析,以能够为建筑机器人推广投入到建设项目,并在其成本控制与管理的实施方面提供新思路与方法。 In the face of the current labor shortage,poor construction safety,slow growth of labor productivity and other pain points in the construction industry,construction robots will be promoted and applied in the construction industry to assist and replace the"dangerous,complicated,dirty,heavy"construction operations,in order to effectively reduce labor intensity,improve production and construction efficiency,and promote the high-quality development of the construction industry.With its advantages of high quality,high efficiency and high coverage in the construction industry,construction robots help the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and increasingly become the main direction of the future development of the construction industry.However,some construction enterprises believe that the input and output of construction robots are seriously unequal,and in order to maximize their own needs and benefits,they still tend to adopt the traditional construction and management model,and have little enthusiasm for the exploration of intelligent construction.By means of data collection and data analysis,this paper will use the intelligent construction mode of construction robots and the same quota subitems under the traditional construction mode for data comparison and analysis,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the implementation of cost control and management of construction projects invested in the promotion of construction robots.
