响应曲面优化低共熔溶剂预处理麦秸秆制备含木质素纳米纤维素

Response Surface Methodology to Optimize the Preparation of Lignin-Containing Nanocellulose from Wheat Straw Pretreated Using Low Eutectic Solvents

摘要 纳米纤维素因其独特的优势和广泛的应用受到越来越多的关注,但其制备工艺需向环境友好型方向发展。以麦秸秆为原料,经绿色低共熔溶剂预处理和超声破碎后,成功制备了含木质素的纳米纤维素。结果表明:通过响应面法优化的ClCh/OA的预处理工艺是一种简单、绿色、可持续制备含木质素纳米纤维素的方法,可实现农业废弃物的高效分离和高附加值利用。优化的预处理工艺条件为:预处理温度为94.4℃,预处理时间为5.9 h,ChCl/OA的摩尔比为0.9,在此条件下,制备的含木质素的纳米纤维素纤维素含量为46%,半纤维素和木质素含量分别为25.4%和14.2%,其粒径主要分布在28 nm左右,显示出优良的稳定性、分散性和热稳性。 Nanocellulose has received more and more attention due to its unique advantages and wide range of applications,but its preparation process needs to develop towards an environmentally friendly direction preparation process.In this study,lignin-containing nanocellulose was successfully prepared from wheat straw after pretreatment with low-eutectic green solvent and ultrasonic disintegration.The results showed that the pretreatment process of ClCh/OA optimized by response surface methodology was a simple and green sustainable method for the preparation of lignin-containing nanocellulose,which can achieve efficient separation and high value-added utilization of agricultural waste.The optimal pretreatment process conditions were as follows:the pretreatment temperature of 94.4℃,pretreatment time of 5.9 h,and the molar ratio of ChCl/OA of 0.9.Under this condition,for the obtained lignin-containing nanocellulose,the cellulose content of was 46%,and the hemicellulose and lignin contents were 25.4%and 14.2%,respectively.The particle size of the obtained nanocellulose mainly distributed at 28 nm,which also exhibited xcellent stability,dispersion,and high thermal stability.
