六环石粉体在紫外光固化涂料中的应用研究

摘要 为打破传统有机涂料在应用中的局限性,并增加其功能性,针对具有释放负氧离子功能的保健涂料进行了研究。通过共混法将无机材料六环石粉体加入到紫外光固化涂料中,制备出性能良好的负离子功能保健涂料,并将其用于朴木地板的表面涂饰。同时,采用正交试验法考察了该涂料的涂布量、辐射能量及六环石粉体添加量对涂膜理化性能和负离子释放量的影响。结果表明:主要影响涂层耐磨性能的因素是辐射能量,主要影响负离子释放量的因素是涂布量。当涂料的涂布量为40 g/m^(2),辐射能量为200 mJ/cm^(2),六环石粉体的添加量为15%时,制备的涂料性能较优,其漆膜附着力等级为1级,硬度为4H,磨耗量为0.11 g/100 r,负离子释放量为795个/cm^(3)。 In order to break the limitations of traditional organic coatings in application and increase their functionality,in this study,the properties of functional health care coatings that can release negative oxygen ions were studied.The inorganic material hexacyclic powder was added to the UV-curable coating by blending to prepare a healthy coating with good performance and releasing negative ions,and the coating was then applied to the finishing of the Celtis occidentalis floor.At the same time,the effects of the coating amount,radiation energy,and the addition amount of hexamyclic powder on the physical and chemical properties of the coating film and the release amount of negative ions were investigated by orthogonal test.The results showed that radiation energy was the main factor affecting the wear resistance of the coating.The main factor affecting the anion release amount of coating was coating amount.When the coating weight was 40 g/m^(2),the radiation energy was 200 mJ/cm^(2),and the addition amount of hexacyclic powder was 15%,the obtained functional coating exhibited better pollution resistance,with the adhesion grade of 1,hardness of 4H,abrasion of 0.11 g/100 r,and anion release of 795 piece/cm^(3).
