摘要
皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,cSCC)是临床上最常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤之一,占所有皮肤癌死亡人数的20%。手术是皮肤鳞状细胞癌的主要治疗方式,但部分晚期肿瘤患者无法通过手术得到有效治疗。这类患者更适合采用化疗、免疫治疗、靶向治疗等全身系统性治疗的方式改善预后。本文总结了当前晚期皮肤鳞状细胞癌的系统性治疗研究进展,以期为该疾病的治疗提供参考。
Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cSCC)is one of the most common skin malignancies clinically,accounting for 20%of all skin cancer deaths.Surgery is the gold standard in the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin,but some patients with advanced tumors cannot be effectively treated by surgery.Such patients are more suitable for systemic treatment such as chemotherapy,immunotherapy and targeted therapy to improve prognosis.This article summarizes the current progress of systematic treatment of advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,in order to provide reference for the treatment of this disease.
